Millimeter-wave surface impedance of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 thin films

摘要: We have measured the millimeter wave ({ital f}=101.3 GHz) surface impedance of various YBa{sub 2}Cu{sub 3}O{sub 7} films deposited on substrates. {ital R}{sub s}}(T) rapidly decreases below T}{sub c}} and is, at T}=77, K orders magnitude smaller than that found generally in ceramic thin-film specimens prepared by other groups. A comparison is given with predictions two fluid model BCS theory.
