摘要: Summary Haematological tests were performed at intervals over a 102-hour period on bovine, ovine, equine and canine blood samples collected into five commonly used anticoagulants — EDTA(K3) two different concentrations, EDTA(Na2), oxalates heparin. Haemoglobin estimations from all animals in gave acceptable results for the studied. PCV values entire with bull ram. All horse dog proved unacceptable beyond 54 hours. The most consistent anticoagulants, EDTA(Na_) heparin, while sample heparin stable dog. Total differential leucocyte counts found to be EDTA(K3)-2 1.02 mg/ml EDTA(Na2) 1.5mg/ml. Samples generally 24–102 hours total 3–12 these anticoagulants. Heparin-treated show...
