摘要: Abstract In the present research work, various aspects such as formulation, experimentation and analysis have been covered to examine effect of operating parameters on slurry erosion behavior cryogenically treated hydro-turbine steel. To obtain this objective, two different cryo-treatments viz. Shallow Deep were performed The micro-structural characterization un-treated cryo-treated samples was by scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectroscopy X-ray diffraction techniques, whereas micro-hardness conducted using Vickers hardness method. tests steel specifically contrived jet type test rig. Later, effects distinct concentration, average particle size impact velocities explored. It inferred that offer more resistance against than samples. increase in wear related microstructure SEM revealed revamping retained Austenite into Martensite refinement crystal-structure after Cryogenic treatment, which improves resistance.
