摘要: Metal nanoparticles (NPs) have received considerable attention in recent years for their unique properties and potential applications catalysis. However, few studies employed an integrated approach to investigate the enzyme mimetic activities of metal NPs. The aim present study was evaluate activity gold@platinum (Au@Pt) Specifically, lipoxygenase (LOX), glutathione reductase (GR), peroxidase (GPx), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) Au@Pt NPs were examined. results showed that exhibited PPO over a wider range pH values temperatures compared with PPO. Kinetic analysis higher affinity certain substrates than natural Furthermore, we also determined catalytic autoxidation phenol substrates, including pyrogallol, 3,4-dihydroxy-L-phenylalanine, catechol by electron spin resonance.
