摘要: Introduction and objectives It is vital that obstruction of the left main coronary artery (LMCA) diagnosed early. We investigated value ST-segment QRS-complex vector analysis in identifying LMCA acute syndrome. Methods The study involved 57 consecutive patients with electrocardiographic features suggestive obstruction. Both parameter vectors were analyzed. Results Coronary angiography showed obstructed vessel was 20 patients, circumflex 19, right 10, anterior descending 3. Five had 3-vessel disease.
