摘要: Abstract This paper presents calculations in charge coupled systems. The method is based upon a finite element approach for solving the Poisson equation and nonstationary higher-order upstream volume scheme on unstructured grids transport equation. In contrast to conventional approaches that constrain source distributions piece-wise constants, approximation obtained by reconstructing gradient of distribution volumes. Anisotropy, nonlinearities, recombination can easily be introduced because conservation stated integral form. Interaction with surrounding neutral gas phenomena charged particles are considered separate turbulent flow models described elsewhere (Meroth et al., Int. Symp. Filtration Separation Fine Dust, April 1996).
