摘要: Objective: To investigate the clinical and morphologic spectrum of early adult–onset dermatomyositis (DM), an inflammatory disease that affects small vessels muscle skin. Methods: Histologic evaluation frozen samples was employed to visualize cellular organization ectopic lymphoid structures in biopsies obtained from 2 patients diagnosed with DM. Clinical presentation features, as well treatment follow-up, were assessed documented. Electron microscopy used confirm light microscopic diagnosis Clonality analysis B-cell populations using PCR performed. Results: Muscle biopsy both fulfilled European Neuromuscular Centre criteria Analyses revealed follicle-like showed a remarkable similarity secondary organs (SLOs) distinct T- compartmentalization. Our exhibited atypical mild responded favorably therapy. Conclusions: The histopathologic features DM can be atypical, presence SLOs is not inevitably linked unfavorable prognosis.
