摘要: This fluid dynamics video is an entry for the Gallery of Fluid Motion 66th Annual Meeting APS-DFD. In this video, scalar transfer across turbulent/non-turbulent (T/NT) interface in a planar jet investigated by using direct numerical simulation. Visualization flux T/NT shows that diffusive species premixed ambient flow transferred into turbulent region mainly leading edge (Here, which turns non-turbulent streamwise direction).
