SYMBOLIC DYNAMICS IN FREE PROFINITE SEMIGROUPS

摘要: This is a survey and announcement of recent results on the structure free profinite semigroups using techniques from symbolic dynamics. The intimate connection between uniformly recurrent infinite words J -maximal regular -classes explored to compute maximal subgroups associated with Arnoux-Rauzy words, which turn out be groups whose rank number letters involved.
