摘要: Abstract China applies no efforts to promote the development of renewable energy (REE) so as enhance China׳s security and address climate change. National top-down support scheme local industry (REEI) are two important intervened countermeasures for promoting REEI in China. Considering vast regional disparity, review on spatial distribution provincial level is critical enlightening future appropriate policy-making, while date, there has been few related studies. With this circumstance, paper made an empirical study cluster pattern based analysis industrial output value, number location key companies/industrial bases, through on-site survey updating statistical data. Results highlighted that general, four clusters were formed, included Bohai sea region, Yangtze River Delta, middle area, western area. Supply chains diversely distributed resources allocation well economy and. In summary, REE resource supply transformation facilities construction main China, R&D high-tech equipment manufacture clustered eastern coastal regions. Based Analytic Network Process (ANP) roles stakeholders involved we further proposed various strategic measures policy implications better balance Our findings authority design policies take effective harmonious REEI.
