摘要: In recent years high strength hot rolled dual phase (DP) steels became available. This multiphase steel type shows a strong Bake Hardening (BH) potential being of importance for shaping body structures. Normally the BH effect is assessed using uniaxial tension test. reality shaped parts show variety stress paths, starting from deep drawing over uniaxial, plane strain to biaxial conditions. special aspect analysis in combination with conditions on evolution parameters. DP samples were pre-strained under and different degrees pre-strain. Subsequently, undertaken baking treatment at temperatures. The mechanical properties analysed particularly regard temperature Pre-straining defined deformation subsequent aging leads enhanced material’s strengthening.
