摘要: Cadmium (Cd) stress causes several negative physiological, biochemical and structural changes due to the oxidative caused through generation of ROS, leading a reduction in plant growth. To look for an effective method increase Cd tolerance wheat seedlings, effect presoaking Triticum aestivum L. seeds spermidine (Spd; 2mM) or spermine (Spm; on seedling growth, physiological attributes antioxidant defence system under 1mM were investigated. Spm Spd alleviated adverse effects convergent degrees. Presoaking either polyamine increased growth activities enzymes compared control, but other slightly affected. Under stress, significantly membrane stability index, relative water content, concentrations protein, starch, ascorbic acid, total glutathione, Spd, superoxide dismutase catalase. In contrast, electrolyte leakage, proline, soluble sugars, malondialdehyde, hydrogen peroxide Cd(2+), peroxidase ascorbate reduced control. These results are important as potential alleviate harmful offer opportunity resistance seedlings conditions.
