摘要: The Hardy–Weinberg law is a central mathematical principle in population genetics that describes the expected frequencies of genotypes for one locus after generation random mating if allele parents are known. Given with two alleles: A 1 and 2 , their being freq(A ) =  p q  +   = 1. If proportions, then homozygotes population, homozygotes, ) = 2 pq heterozygotes. plays role similar to first second laws Newtonian mechanics. Nondeviations from proportions assumed many theoretical models genetics. Testing deviations has several applications including risk calculation genetic disorders, testing genotyping errors, mixtures populations.
