A novel {sup 68}Ge/{sup 68}Ga column generator using nano-crystalline zirconia as the sorbent matrix

摘要: A new {sup 68}Ge/{sup 68}Ga chromatographic generator based on a nano zirconia matrix was developed for producing in ionic form suitable the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals. The overall decay corrected yield >70%. recovered had high radionuclidic and chemical purity found to be bio-medical applications. (author)
