Influence of mature and immature sunflower seed treatment with ethylmethanesulphonate on mutation spectrum and frequency

摘要: The frequency and spectrum of morphological mutations, raised in M2 after sunflower mature immature seed treatment with ethylmethanesulphonate (EMS(, were studied. Mature seeds 3 self-pollinated lines (ZL9. ZL169) 2 (ZL102 treated EMS at the concentrations 0.01%. 0.1% 0.5% for 6 12 h 0.01% h. respectively. We isolated described 18 types mutation, which classified into following groups: chlorophyll deficiency (6). leaf (51. stem 141 ray floret shape color (3). Genotypic differences revealed mutations occurring mutagenic seeds. Differences mutation existed studied Mutation did not exceed amount where maximum amounted to 13.2%. Chlorophyll averaged a hall more visible mutations.
