摘要: PURPOSE: The purpose of this systematic review was to compare the survival and complication rates ceramic veneers produced with different techniques materials after a minimum follow-up time 5 years. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A literature search conducted, using electronic databases, relevant references, citations journal researching, for clinical studies reporting on fabricated mean followup at least period spanned from January 1980 up October 2010. Event were calculated following complications associated veneers: fracture, debonding, marginal discoloration, integrity, caries. Summary estimates, 5-year event reported. Comparison between subgroups materials, as well statistical significance, mixed effects model. RESULTS: Nine selected final analysis over an initial yield 409 titles. No study directly compared incidence materials. Four included reported made out feldspathic ceramics; four glass-ceramic one both observation ranged 10 Overall, low, exception extended veneers. most frequent discoloration (9% years), followed by integrity (3.9-7.7% years). There no statistically significant difference in (feldspathic vs. glass-ceramic). CONCLUSION: results showed that or glass-ceramics have adequate years service, very low rates.
