摘要: After a conceptual examination of global values and their role in international law, this article examines the United Nations, especially General Assembly, translation globally shared into legally binding commitments. This process already commenced with Nations Conference on International Organization, held 1945 San Francisco, where UN Charter was born. The way functions is illustrated by using value social progress development as an example. First, it shown how ended up 1945. followed description value’s evolution, inclusion ‘sustainability element’, which took place at Assembly various conferences organized under auspices Nations.
