摘要: Model compounds are described for the study of properties amino acid side chains in surface micelles. Mixed micelles N-α- mnyristoyl-L- histidine and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide catalyze hydrolyses p-nitrophenyl acetate caprylate at much higher rates than imidazole or histidinie do. The reaction shows a kinetic behavior similar to that surface-catalyzed reactions.
