摘要: We report measurements of the magnitude and phase microwave transmission through thin films (1 \ensuremath{\mu}m) 90-K superconductor $\mathrm{Y}{\mathrm{Ba}}_{2}{\mathrm{Cu}}_{3}{\mathrm{O}}_{7\ensuremath{-}\ensuremath{\delta}}$ on ${\mathrm{Al}}_{2}$${\mathrm{O}}_{3}$, MgO, Zr${\mathrm{O}}_{2}$ substrates. Real imaginary parts conductivity, ${\ensuremath{\sigma}}_{1}$ ${\ensuremath{\sigma}}_{2}$, were evaluated from by comparing with a calculation for our experimental configuration. Both conductivity show qualitative agreement Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer type conductivities. From we find range gap values $\frac{2\ensuremath{\Delta}}{{k}_{B}{T}_{c}}=1.3 \mathrm{to} 6.5$. measured magnetic penetration depth can be evaluated.
