摘要: Using National Centers for Environmental Prediction/National Centre Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) reanalysis data and monthly Hadley Center sea surface temperature (SST) data, selecting a representative East Asian winter monsoon (EAWM) index, this study investigated the relationship between EAWM summer (EASM) using statistical analyses numerical simulations. Some possible mechanisms regarding were also explored. Results indicate close EASM: strong led to EASM in following summer, weak summer. Anomalous has persistent impacts on variation of SST tropical Indian Ocean South China Sea, equatorial atmospheric thermal anomalies at both lower upper levels. Through these impacts, influences land-sea contrast low-level divergence convergence over Indo-Pacific region. It further affects meridional circulation other features EASM. Numerical simulations support results diagnostic analysis. The provides useful information predicting by analyzing variations preceding SST.
