Conditions for Preparation of Oxide Components and Their Effect on Properties of Al2O3 – ZrO2 – SiC Composite

摘要: Results of a study phase formation in the Al2O3 – ZrO2 SiC system sintered under vacuum and reducing medium at 1350 1550°C are reported. Conditions for preparation powders from hydroxides specified effect specific surface, temperature, holding time on reaction between oxide carbide components is considered. microstructural, x-ray phase, thermogravimetric, chemical analyses precursor materials end products discussed. Optimum composition (20% SiC, 15% ZrO2, 65% ) dispersity mixture obtaining composite with strength about 200 MPa by method other than high-temperature toughening determined.
