摘要: The direct electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose in alkaline medium at an electrode modified with microcubes porous cuprous oxide is reported. Compared to the glassy carbon electrode, a substantial increase efficiency observed starting around +0.20 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). pH dependence response was examined by cyclic voltammetry. This non-enzymatic amperometric sensor may be used for detection high and reproducible sensitivity 10.95 μA per mM potential +0.40 V, times <3 s, linear range from 2.0 350 μM, limit 1.3 μM. are conveniently prepared, display repeatability.
