摘要: AbstractEffects of welding current on macromorphologies, microstructures and mechanical properties nano-SiC particles strengthening activating flux tungsten inert gas welded AZ31 magnesium alloy joints were investigated by scanning electron microscope energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer observations microhardness tensile tests. The results showed that SiC mainly dwelled in the centre bottom zone pool. Moreover, with increasing, improved increased pool, depth/width ratios weld pool refined α-Mg grain size. However, grains coarsened decreased due to excessive heat input process when over 115 A.
