摘要: This paper outlines the development of a method for using Kernel Estimation cluster analysis techniques to automatically identify road traffic accident ‘black spots’ and areas’. Christchurch, New Zealand, was selected as study area data from LTNZ crash database used trial technique. A GIS Python scripting implement solution, combining spatial average flows with recorded locations. able quickly clusters, when in conjunction Monte Carlo simulation techniques, statistically significant clusters.
