摘要: Abstract Distribution of the sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was detected in water and sediments Soltan Abad River. Liquid–liquid extraction used for samples, while PAHs were extracted using Soxhlet Extraction finally analyzed by means gas chromatography. Results showed that highest concentration related to acenaphthene (3-ring PAH), whereas fluoranthene (4-ring PAH) most important pollutant sediments. The mean concentrations autumn lowest summer, both sediment samples. Diagnostic ratios such as phenanthrene/anthracene fluoranthene/pyrene achieved evaluate emission sources PAHs. These indicated a pyrolytic source sediments, well or pyrogenic origin samples (with dominant input) study area.
