摘要: Recycling of plastics is hindered by their important variety and strong incompatibility. However, sorting technologies bear costs meet limits. Very high purities (<2 wt%) are difficult to reach. Yet, such rates may be detrimental functional properties. In this work, an ABS matrix (major plastic in Waste Electrical Electronic Equipments) was filled with 4 wt% PP mimic impurities after recycling. PP-g-MA introduced the blend improve compatibility. A finite element model developed from mechanical behavior each component. were individually characterized tensile tests instrumented photomechanics behaviors modelled through a set numerical parameters (elasto-visco-plasticity Gurson’s criterion behavior). Comparison between determinist results experimental data (strength, volumetric variation) shows that type modelling could predictive tool order anticipate composite properties understand micromechanisms deformation (damage, cavitation). The main result at into does not alter static despite polymers addition modifies local possibly conduct premature breakage polymer blend.
