摘要: Abstract We report on the anisotropy of effective damping (αeff) in sputtered β-Ta(6 nm)/2D-epitaxial-Py(tPy = 3–10 nm) bilayers. In-plane field orientation dependent FMR measurements revealed a prominent αeff, which is ascribed to spin wave induced pumping from Py β-Ta β-Ta/epi-Py system. The results especially suggest that at lower tPy relatively larger αeff and its anisotropic nature are present bilayers as compared bare epi-Py, unlikely higher tPy. This possibly due both stems in-plane waves associated with two magnon scattering mechanism interface heavy metals like β-Ta/Py interface. Hr vs. φ reveals clear behavior tPy ≤ 4 nm.
