Investigation of the structure of carbon-nitrogen compounds

摘要: Carbon nitride is synthesized in the form of g-C3N4 and β-C3N4 with use two methods: (i) thermal decomposition a mixture sodium potassium thiocyanates (ii) interaction carbon tetrachloride CCl4 ammonia NH3. The carbon-nitrogen phases thus are investigated using electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry.
