摘要: Abstract Two new triphenylamine-substituted indolo[3,2- b ]carbazole compounds, 2,8-bis(4-diphenylaminophenyl)-5,11-di- n -octylindolo[3,2- ( 1 ) and 6,12-bis(4-diphenylaminophenyl)-5,11-di- 2 ), have been designed synthesized. The theoretical experimental studies show that the different substituted-positions of triphenylamine groups great effect on optical electrochemical properties. EL devices with configuration ITO/ (or )/Alq 3 /Mg:Ag/Ag green emission. activating voltages (recorded at 1 cd/m are 4.1 3.7 V, respectively. maximal luminance efficiencies 0.738 1.464 lm/W, difference performances indicates 6,12-disubstituted compound possessing better hole-injecting transporting performance than 2,8-disubstituted compound.
