摘要: A 27-year-old, 37-weeks' primigravida survived an acute myocardial infarction. Coronary angiography 25 days after infarction demonstrated multiple dissections in the left coronary artery. She had no vascular risk factors or connective tissue disease. This is a rare case of spontaneous, artery that were diagnosed by angiography.
