Project work as a locus of learning : the journey through practice

摘要: Many organizations 're-invent the wheel' by failing to capture and spread what has been learned from particular projects. This inability exploit learning projects worrying implications for growing popularity of project form as a way organizing work. chapter identifies role which work plays source emerges alongside, within, sometimes against, communities practice.
