Detection and analysis of SERS effect of nano gold by self-assembly chemical plating composite method

摘要: Abstract Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) as a powerful analytical tool has gained extensive attention. Despite of many efforts have been devoted to design SERS substrates, it still remains grand challenge for creating general substrate with high active by simple, controllable and low-cost way. Herein, we attempt address this issue fabricating SERS-active nano gold film based on self-assembly chemical plating composite method. The influence colloid particle size seed distribution density the films activity were investigated in detail. 10 −5  M Rhodamine 6G (R6G) was taken probe molecules homemade detection microsystem used detector. According results detection, enhancement factors (SSEF) calculated, average about 55 nm showed maximum SSEF 0.93 × 10 5 , which indicated such excellent activity. Moreover, these are all easy prepared. This study provided theoretical experimental basis preparation substrate.
