摘要: The peritoneal cavity of the rat was used as an implantation site in order to study quantitative, cellular response and qualitative, histopathological three metals (Ag, Sn, Cu). effects on cells were correlated with concentrations metal determined by chemical analysis. Small variations cell population a minimal foreign body reaction observed implanted control material (silicone polymer). Large increases number intense Cu implants. Decreases seen Sn Ag implants, but only elicited reaction. Implantation failed elicit Significant all detected retrieved cells.
