摘要: Arising from studies on the amnesia that follows site-specific physical or chemical lesions, acquisition and consolidation of certain behavioral tasks has been demonstrated to be associated with different hippocampal subregions. Although not absolute, spatial learning is reliant dorsal region hippocampus, whereas avoidance- fear-conditioning appear dependent its more ventral aspects. Thus, if learning-associated synapse remodeling a true feature memory it must also follow these regional dissociations. We therefore determined increases in density occur mid-molecular layer dentate gyrus at 6-h post-training time frequency polysialylated cells infragranular zone 12-h were dissociated specific subregions following training either massed water maze task light-dark passive avoidance response. Synapse was found only hippocampus learning. could not, however, discern any dissociation neural conditioning. These results point strong associations between groups novel synapses during conditioning paradigms.
