摘要: A company wants to select magazine publishers for advertising. It is vital the maximize number of subscribers reached by advertising while not exceeding its budget. To determine which can be considered as an advertisement optimization problem and solved using binary metaheuristics. Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) one most popular metaheuristics in field swarm intelligence has been widely used numerical engineering applications. solve problem, three variants ABC algorithm are proposed this paper. The first variant based on Sigmoid transfer function indicated sigABC, second third exclusive OR (xor) crossover genetic operators, respectively, xorABC crossoverABC. evaluated 20 instance-dataset. comparative experimental results show superior performance crossoverABC sigABC methods compared technique.
