摘要: Method and reagents for analysis of nucleic acid sequences is disclosed. In this method a plurality padlock probes provided. Each probe may hybridize to locus on target under hybridization conditions. If targeted variant present at the locus, be ligated form an amplification circle. The circle acts as template production tandem-sequence DNA. DNA then digested into non-tandem detection fragments which are subsequently separated detected. designed such that ligation probes, circle, digestion produced, all effected with same set reagents. targets unique sequence produces fragment distinguished from produced other in by using detector.
