摘要: A process for producing boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) involves providing a one or more sources of boron, nitrogen and hydrogen to stable induction plasma form reaction mixture in the plasma, cooling BNNTs. The is capable very efficiently small (10 nm less diameter), reasonably pure BNNTs continuously high yield at around atmospheric pressure without need use metals as catalyst. may be further modified by carbon produce doped with (e.g. BCNNT).
