摘要: A methodology for optimizing the cost associated with access charges incurred by network service providers when leasing communications facilities from a local provider has been developed that incorporates physical reconfiguration of topology as cost-saving measure, where and appropriate. The identifies opportunities to reduce performing following functions: (1) moving T1 one hub location another; (2) T3 facility another (at same location) in order disconnect unneeded facilities; (3) adding new overall expenses and/or provide capacity future growth, including potential locations. is appropriate use various types facilities, being considered exemplary only.
