摘要: The present invention relates to agents, including siRNA and shRNA molecules, small antisense strands, ribozymes that are targeted transcription elongation factors (TEFs), CDK9 CycTI, subunits of P-TEFb, Spt4 Spt5, DSIF (DRB Sensitivity-Inducing Factor (DSIF)), Spt6. also methods for treating disorders associated with aberrant or unwanted TEF expression activity, HIV characterized by cellular proliferation differentiation, such as cancer.
