摘要: A multi-mode line driver circuit designed to be fabricated in a CMOS process and capable of supporting plurality operating modes corresponding, for example, different profiles communication standards such as xDSL standards. The incorporates integrated mode switches with two-stage amplifier architecture relax requirements by distributing the signal gain into two stages. Reconfigurable feedback loops are provided permit design optimization particular operation (e.g., ADSL VDSL compliant modes). In one embodiment implemented Class-H amplifier, lift amplifier(s) between first stage second controlling voltage supply levels stage. amplifiers may enabled threshold detection circuitry that monitors either input or output signals depending on operable transmission mode.
