摘要: Abstract A modification of Hendricks' open-end catheter technique for investigating the motility patterns nonpregnant uterus has been used to investigate uteri in women with dysmenorrhea. Patients dysmenorrhea have an innate hypercontractility secretory and early menstrual phases demonstrated by elevated uterine tone, rather than changes intensity or rhythm myometrial contractions. Dysmenorrhea is also associated a “notching” descending limb contractile wave during menses. This described as “backing up” effect related presence bolus blood at internal cervical os. The effects two progestogens preovulatory methyltestosterone investigated recording following therapy, results obtained discussed.
