摘要: Recent observations have shown that (some) metal line absorption systems in QSO spectra arise from gas galactic halos with radii much larger than the optical of galaxies. We show observed galaxy-absorber connections are natural results galaxy formation hierarchical cosmogonies, where galaxies form cooling and condensation dark matter halos.
