摘要: A videothoracoscopic right lower pulmonary lobectomy is reported. The excision was done in a 71-year-old man suffering from an adenocarcinoma of the lobe, with apparent absence lymphnodal and systemic metastasis. procedure has been performed using four 10-mm cannulas minimal inframammary thoracotomy (4 cm) by inserting chip camera linked to thoracoscope connected external monitors. lobar hilar structures were dissected then sutured-divided Endo-GIA R shots. specimen extracted through thoracotomy. postoperative course uneventful pain, patient discharged after complete surgical recovery excellent functional cosmetic results. This selected patients new promising possibility chest videoendoscopic surgery.
