摘要: We present preliminary results of an Earth observation approach for the study past human occupation and landscape reconstruction in Central Sahara. This region includes a variety geomorphological features such as palaeo-oases, dried river beds, alluvial fans upland plateaux whose characteristics, combination with climate changes, have influenced patterns dispersal sociocultural activities during late Holocene. In this paper, we discuss use medium- high-resolution remotely sensed data mapping anthropogenic paleo- contemporary hydrology vegetation. absence field inspection inaccessible region, different remote sensing methods to first identify classify archaeological features, then explore factors that might their spatial distribution.
