摘要: Burn injury represents a significant problem worldwide. Advances in therapy strategies, based on better understanding of the pathophysiologic responses after burn have improved clinical outcome patients with injuries over past years. This article describes present pathophysiology including both local and systemic responses, focusing many facets organ effects directly resulting from hypovolemia circulating mediators following trauma.
