摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the effects Vitamin C (Vit. C), iron, iron chelating agent desferrioxamine (DF) and their most effective dose combinations on thermotolerance Caenorhabditis elegans ( C. ). Due fact that studies aging lifespan take long time, used as a first step analysis for using time more effectively. data showed when compared with control group, use vitamin C, DF alone or were associated an increase in survival under heat shock. However, treatment its resulted rate significantly higher than other combinations. results our suggested conditions stress, has significant beneficial effect elegans, suggesting some possible pleiotropic mechanisms chelation. Key words: Thermotolerance, desferrioxamine, aging.
