摘要: Fingerprint-based authentication has been widely implemented, however, security and privacy of fingerprint templates still remain an issue. Some schemes have proposed to protect templates, such as the design cancelable templates. Yet, most existing rely on accurate image registration, which is very hard achieve, especially considering need avoid storing any information related raw features. In this paper, a pair-polar coordinate-based template method developed does not registration. The scheme explores relative relationship minutiae in rotation- shift-free framework. A many-to-one mapping applied ensure non-invertible recovery random translation parameter introduced further distort minutia distribution. Under various scenarios, evaluated using public databases, FVC2002DB1, FVC2002DB2 FVC2002DB3. experiment results show that new satisfies protection requirements performance degradation caused by transformation low.
