摘要: As is well known, the unique structural feature connecting various high T c materials presence of copper oxide planes1. By varying out-of-plane constituents these planes may be doped into metallic and eventually superconducting state. In insulating phase, Cu 2+ sites have a spin 1/2 order antiferromagnetically in ground state, as determined, for example, by neutron scattering2. Since La2CuO4 exhibits simplest crystal structure materials, much effort has been focused on this isostructural systems, hope avoiding irrelevant complications. The schematic phase diagram, shown Fig. 1, however, demonstrates that even nominally simpler system rich variety behaviors.
