摘要: Hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) is a thermochemical process to convert lignocellulosic biomass into lignite-like HTC biochar. In this study, chemical reactions occurring during relatively short reaction time are discussed (5–30 min), and mechanisms examined at temperatures between 200 260 °C. Solid biochar products were analyzed by attenuated total reflectance (ATR)/Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), elemental analysis, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), while liquid with GC-MS ion chromatography (IC) predict the schemes. for whole (loblolly pine) proposed in context of individual fractions. Hydrolysis, dehydration, decarboxylation major HTC, though condensation, polymerization, aromatization also occur. An experimental procedure was developed determine net water production, balance consumption hydrolysis production dehydration reactions. Net evaluated. At lower temperature (200 °C), consumed. However, higher temperatures, produced increases increasing time.
