摘要: Tendinopathy is a degenerative disease in which inflammatory mediators have been found to be sometimes present. The interaction between inflammation and matrix remodeling human tendon cells (TCs) supported by the secretion of cytokines such as IL-1β, IL-6 IL-33. In this context, it has demonstrated that pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) were able reduce promote marker synthesis. aim study was evaluate anabolic anti-inflammatory PEMF-mediated response on TCs an vitro model inflammation. Moreover, since PEMFs enhance efficacy adenosine through receptors (ARs), also focused role A2AARs. Human exposed for 48 hours. After stimulation, A2AAR saturation binding experiments performed. Along with hours PEMF treated IL-1β agonist CGS-21680. IL-1Ra, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-33, VEGF, TGF-β1, PGE2 release SCX, COL1A1, COL3A1, ADORA2A expression quantified. exerted modulation promoted COL3A1 upregulation IL-33 secretion. presence showed ADORA2A, SCX increase VEGF exposure, upregulated, whereas downregulated. These findings A2AARs promotion TC anabolic/reparative IL-1β.
